Because digital files are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable.

JVZoo’s role as a reseller does not override our no-refund policy.


CHARGEBACKS

Filing an unjustified dispute or chargeback after receiving a digital product is considered misuse.
